Medicare Exercise Physiology Services.
Our accredited exercise physiologists deliver Medicare subsidised, evidence-based programs to help build capacity, improve movement and support everyday independence.

Why chronic health conditions can impact your daily life.
Living with a chronic health condition can affect how you move and function day to day. Pain, fatigue or reduced mobility can make exercise difficult and limit everyday activities.
You may relate if you are:
- Struggling to exercise or move comfortably
- Feeling frustrated that your health is limiting your independence
- Missing out on activities you once enjoyed
- Noticing a decline in your quality of life
With the right Exercise Physiology support through Medicare, it’s possible to improve function and regain confidence in daily life.

What we need from you.
All you need is a GP referral under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. Once in place, you can complete a referral so we can review your needs and begin building an Exercise Physiology program to support your health, function and quality of life..
The risks of delaying support for your chronic health condition.
Disabilities and long-term health conditions rarely improve without the right support, and delaying care makes everyday activities harder over time.
Declining physical health and function
Without the right support, chronic health conditions can lead to reduced strength, mobility and physical capacity, making everyday movement and activities more difficult over time.
Reduced independence and quality of life
As symptoms progress, it can become harder to stay active and independent, limiting participation in work, hobbies and daily life.
Worsening symptoms over time
Chronic health conditions rarely improve on their own. Without targeted support, pain, fatigue and functional limitations may continue to worsen.
