Why many NDIS participants struggle with daily movement and independence.

Many NDIS participants experience challenges with movement, strength and daily activities due to disability or long-term health conditions.

You may relate if you are:

  • Struggling with daily movement or exercise
  • Finding it harder to stay independent
  • Relying more on others for everyday tasks
  • Feeling frustrated by reduced function or confidence in your body

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. With the right support, meaningful improvement is possible.

What we need from you.

All you need is an active NDIS plan. Once confirmed, you can complete an NDIS referral so we can review your supports and goals, then develop an Exercise Physiology program to build capacity, improve function and support greater independence.

Why act now

The risks of delaying support for your disability or health condition.

Disabilities and long-term health conditions rarely improve without the right support, and delaying care makes everyday activities harder over time.

Declining physical and mental health

Without the right support, physical and mental health can gradually decline. Over time, strength, mobility and confidence may reduce, making movement and daily tasks more challenging.

Loss of independence

As conditions progress, everyday activities can become harder to manage. This can lead to increased reliance on others and a reduction in independence and quality of life.

Worsening of disability or condition

Disabilities and long-term health conditions rarely improve on their own. Without targeted support, symptoms may progress or become harder to manage over time.
