Why workplace and motor vehicle injuries can impact your work and daily life.

Workplace and motor vehicle injuries, including those covered under WorkCover, can affect more than just your ability to work. Pain, reduced mobility and loss of strength can spill over into everyday tasks, independence and quality of life.

You may relate if you or your client are:

  • Struggling to perform work duties you previously managed with ease
  • Experiencing pain or limitations that affect life outside of work
  • Feeling frustrated by slow or stalled recovery
  • Concerned about returning to work safely and confidently

With the right Exercise Physiology support, meaningful recovery and improved function are achievable.

What we need from you.

All we need is a valid workers’ compensation (including WorkCover) or CTP referral and claim details. Once received, you can complete the referral form and we’ll take care of the rest, including liaising with relevant parties.

You simply attend your sessions and focus on your recovery.

Why act now

The risks of delaying treatment for work-related or motor vehicle injuries.

Injuries rarely resolve on their own. Delaying appropriate rehabilitation can increase recovery time and impact long-term outcomes.

Declining physical function.

Without early, targeted support, strength, mobility and work capacity can decline, making everyday tasks and job demands harder to manage.

Increased time away from work.

Delayed rehabilitation can prolong time off work and slow the return-to-work process, affecting confidence and independence.

Greater risk of long-term complications.

Untreated injuries may worsen over time, increasing the likelihood of surgery or long-term physical limitations that could have been avoided.
